SC helps homeowners build Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs/casitas) by providing pre-construction consulting, professionally engineered plan set licensing, financing facilitation through vetted lending partners, contractor matching with licensed and insured Arizona general contractors, and dedicated homeowner communication and support throughout the project. All construction work is performed exclusively by independently licensed Arizona general contractors. SC does not perform, manage, supervise, or direct any construction activity.
